businesses. We accept no responsibility for booking being unavailable or any overbookings
to that business.

Businesses using Channelmanager will request photo I.D at check-in, plus a credit card
to cover incidental charges.

Channelmanager reserves the right to change information published on our website
at any time. We accept no liability for omissions or errors.

Channelmanager is an advertising and booking system. We make no guarantees about
the suitability or accuracy of advertised products.

|
|
|
Hotel and Business websites links to Channelmanager remain the responsibility of individual hotels or business.
Channelmanager cannot guarantee their ongoing accuracy.

|
Channelmanager does not pay commission to Travel Agents on rooms booked. Channelmanager
receives the booking fee payment from the customer for the provision of the Channelmanager
booking service.

|
|
Channelmanager accepts no liablity for indirect or consequential loss actuated through
the use of our website.

|
|
To book accommodation on Channelmanager you need to be over 18 years old.

Channelmanager terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
