ChannelManager was developed in Australia initially as a one of the first property management systems in the 1990's and then evolved into the first Channel Manager in the world as well as the first to integrate a property management system with site updating and booking engine all in one, eliminating the need for a property to run multiple systems - perfect for B & B's right through to hotels and chain properties.

Being a web-based system it can be accessed anywhere from any device from a smart phone, tablet to desktop. Instead of paying and updating a Property Management System and Site Updater system with ChannelManager it is all built into one system and at lower costs that most Site Updaters which don't offer our extra features.

ChannelManager is always adding new features and functionality to keep ahead in this rapidly moving industry and we were the first to include an inbuilt virtual banking terminal within the system so no more paying high monthly merchant facility costs.

Colin and Jeanette Hatcher have spent many years creating and managing hotels throughout Australia.
