The Book & Pay / Check Availability Button can help you maximise bookings through your own website.

A link is placed on the hotels web site that lets the hotel manager adjust all allocations, change prices, allows hotel to receive to switch on and off the SMS message whenever a booking is made. Guests can check availbility and book and pay from the hotels own web site.

    BookandPay Option 1

    • BookandPay Facility (DPS Payment System)
    • Payments are received through the Secure DPS payment portal which and paid to the property at the beginning of the month after transaction.
    • All bookings from your "BookandPay Button" from your own website only,
      Channel Manager charges a 2% success fee.
    • Hotel pays no extra Eftpos or bank fees.


    BookandPay Option 2

    • BookandPay Facility (Instant payment through your efpos)
    • Hotelier collects payment instantly at the time of booking.
    • Payment Data is processed on Channelmanager secure page and payment needs to be taken through your own efpos machine plus the booking fee.
    • The manager has to collect the booking fee of (normally)$3.95 as well as the full payment, the booking fee can be set by ChannelManager administration to whatever the manager decides.
    • All bookings from your "BookandPay Button" from your own website only,
      Channel Manager charges a 3% success fee.
    • Channel Manager also allows you to set a booking fee (normally $3.95) for each booking on your "BookandPay Button" from your own website. This increases your revenue by $3.95 for every booking generated by the "BookandPay Button" from your own website.
    • All bookings from a internet booking provider (e.g. Wotif, Quickbeds, Bookeasy etc) Channel Manager charges a zero% success fee.
