Adding Book Now button to Facebook to get Direct Bookings to your Hotel

Did you know you could add a BOOK NOW button to your property’s Facebook page for your guests to book directly using your secure ChannelManager booking engine?

Add a BOOK NOW button to your property’s Facebook page (not your personal profile page).

Page admins can select from a group of call-to-action buttons — like Shop Now or Sign Up & Book Now. The seven calls to action available are:

• Book Now
• Contact Us
• Use App
• Play Game
• Shop Now
• Sign Up
• Watch Video

1. Go to your Page’s cover photo and click Create Call to Action.

2. Choose BOOK NOW from the dropdown menu

3. Under Website type in your Channel Manager Book Now button link. There are two ways to get the link. Go to your website and copy the Channel Manager URL from your booking page. If you do not have a website, log in to your Channel Manager account, and under the SETUP tab, Book And Pay Now Setup; click on General Settings. Scroll to the bottom and clickPreview. Then copy the Channel Manager URL to your FB Call To Action link.

4. Click on NEXT iOS and Android destination select Website.
5. Save changes.

You now have a BOOK NOW Button added to your Facebook page that links directly to your Channel Manager hotel reservation page.

To see whether your Book Now Button on your FB page is being clicked on; on the Book Now tab go to View Insights
If you are not receiving any clicks, you may want to think about promoting your Facebook page
