CHANNEL MANAGER COLLECT
- BookandPay Facility (DPS Payment System) on your website.
- Payments are received through the Secure DPS payment portal and paid to the property at the beginning of the month after transaction.
- ChannelManager only charges a 3.5% + GST success fee for bookings through your "BookandPay Facility" from your own website only - therefore no bookings, no fee.
- ChannelManager does not charge a fee for any bookings processed through an Internet Booking Provider (eg. Expedia, Agoda, Booking.com, etc).
- Hotel pays no extra EFTPOS or bank fees.
HOTEL COLLECT
- BookandPay Facility (Hotel takes payment through Hotel EFTPOS/POS) on your website & Internet Booking Provider sites.
- Hotelier collects payment instantly at the time of booking or on an arrival.
- Payment Data is processed on ChannelManager secure page and payment needs to be taken through your own EFTPOS machine plus the booking fee.
- The manager collects the booking fee of (normally) $4.95 as well as the full payment of the booking (the booking fee can be set by ChannelManager administration to whatever the manager decides).
- ChannelManager only charges a 3% + GST success fee for bookings through your "BookandPay Facility" from your own website only - therefore no bookings, no fee.
- ChannelManager also allows you to set a booking fee (normally $4.95) for each booking on your "BookandPay Button" from your own website. This increases your revenue by $4.95 for every booking generated by the "BookandPay Button" from your own website.
- ChannelManager does not charge a fee for any bookings processed through an Internet Booking Provider (e.g. Expedia, Agoda, Booking.com, etc).
